Return & Refund Policy

All purchases made through the Austin Cosmetic MedSpa online store are for pre-purchased services, treatments, gift cards, or promotional packages and are redeemable in-office only. No physical products are shipped.

Due to the nature of these purchases:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued once a purchase has been completed.
• Promotional purchases cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact our office and we will gladly transfer your purchase to your new appointment.
